How quickly will my shift be filled?

The CS matches you with pre-vetted, available staff instantly. For specialist roles or short notice, it may take slightly longer — but we'll always keep you updated.

How do I cancel or change a booking?

You can cancel or amend a shift from your dashboard up to 4 hours before start time without charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee. For urgent changes contact us directly at hello@clubcertain.com.

I'm a staff member — how do I get paid?

Payments are processed within 48 hours of shift completion. Make sure your bank details are up to date in your profile. For any payment queries, use the form below and select "Payment issue".

How does vetting work?

Every staff member on The CS is verified, rated, and reviewed by previous operators. SIA licence holders are checked directly. We take quality seriously — if anyone underperforms, they're removed from the network.
