How we handle your data.
Data We Collect

Name, email, professional experience, and location for platform matching. Identity verification via Stripe Identity (government ID + live selfie). Payment details handled exclusively by Stripe — we never store card data.

How We Use It

To match operators with verified professionals, process shift payments, and build verified review records. We do not sell your data. We do not share it beyond Stripe and Supabase (our infrastructure providers).

Storage & Security

All data stored on Supabase with Row Level Security. Every user sees only their own data — no cross-contamination between operator and professional records at any layer.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time. Email us at clubcertain@gmail.com — GDPR requests processed within 30 days.

The Platform

The CS connects event operators with verified hospitality professionals. Get Certain Limited operates the platform. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Fees & Payments

A 10% platform fee applies to completed shifts. No subscription or sign-up cost. If a shift is cancelled before it starts, no fee is charged. All payments processed via Stripe Connect — PCI-DSS compliant.

Reviews & Records

Reviews submitted via QR scan are permanent, verified records. They cannot be deleted by operators or professionals. Disputes must be raised through CS support within 14 days of the shift.

Code of Conduct

All users must act with professionalism and integrity. Fraudulent reviews, no-shows without notice, and harassment result in immediate suspension. The CS reserves the right to remove any account.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Get Certain Limited · Registered in England.

How does the tipping compliance work?
Every tip collected through The CS is documented — who received it, when, how much. You get a full audit trail that satisfies the Employment (Allocation of Tips) Act 2024 without any extra admin.
Can I add my existing team?
Yes. Send your crew a team invite link. They sign up, verify, and connect to your venue. From that point their tips and reviews are associated with your location too.
What does it cost?
No subscription fees to get started. Platform fee applies on processed tips. No agency markup, no hidden costs.
How are tips handled?
Via Stripe Connect — PCI-compliant, industry-standard. Tips go direct to each staff member's account. No cash, no holding period, nothing deducted at the venue layer.

What is CS verification?
Identity verification via Stripe Identity — government-issued ID plus a live selfie match. Under 3 minutes. Your profile carries the CS gold tick permanently.
How do tips reach me?
Tips go direct from the customer's card to your Stripe account via Stripe Connect. Nothing is held, nothing is deducted at venue level. It's your money, arriving the same night.
What is a QR review?
Your personal QR code. Customers scan it — no app needed — to leave a star rating and tip. The review attaches to your CS profile permanently, wherever you work next.
What are the tier medals?
Six tiers: Rising through Prestige. Earned through verified reviews and sustained rating. Your medals travel with your profile — venue to venue, for life.

Is my data secure?
The CS runs on Supabase with Row Level Security — every user sees only their own data. No cross-contamination between operator and staff records at any layer.
Are payments secure?
All payments flow through Stripe — PCI-DSS compliant, used by millions of businesses globally. We never hold your funds.
Who can see staff profiles?
Only verified operators on the platform, governed by RLS access policies. Public QR pages show only name and rating — nothing personal.
Can reviews be deleted?
Reviews are permanent, verified records tied to authenticated customer actions via QR scan. They cannot be deleted by staff or operators — only disputed through CS support.
